Our foundry is equipped with Horizontal and Vertrical spinning machines to cast
a comprehensive range of alloys like High Lead Bronze, Phosphorous Bronze, Tin Bronze,
Silicon Bronze, Gunmetal, Brass, Silicon Brass, High Tensile Brass that confirm
to various International standards such as IS, BS 1400, DIN, ASTM or even special
grades as per clients specification and requirements.

Avni has long experience in centrifugal casting. Our constantly improving philosophy
guarantee for good quality bronze / brass products. Centrifugal casting is achieved
by means of a revolving steel mould. Due to centrifugal force, the casting has a
dense, homogeneous close - grain structure. Centrifugal casting can be supplied
machined to near net size.
Product range
Round hollow bars, plain or flanged bushing, bearings and rings with diameter Od
- 35 mm upto 500mm, minmum Id - 28 mm, Length - depending on weight of pouring.

The components are mostly delivered machined to the exact dimension tolerances as
per your requirement
